Apexlistings Freelancers is an advertising platform for freelancers to showcase their skills and offer virtual services online to Buyer clients. We are based in Mombasa along Moi Avenue near Moi University Coast Campus. Apexlistings was started to solve the problem of quick hiring for one-off tasks. Say you have a document that needs typesetting, you don't need to ask around for help or walk into a cyber, you can have the cyber cafe come to you literally!
The website features two groups of users.
Freelancers - These are individuals who advertise their skills in the form of virtual assistant services. It is FREE to post a service on the website once you register on the directory page.
Buyers - These are outsourcing clients/employers. They hire for short-term tasks such as any form of writing, editing, typesetting, logos, websites, translation, transcription, and research among other soft services. Buyers can directly order services from our list of virtual assistant services or post tasks.

Content creation: We work with writers to create content for our blog. In a bid to promote freelancer earnings on the website we offer internal jobs, we have content writing jobs as well as other administrative jobs that we offer to freelancers, subject to availability.
Task board: We encourage buyers to post tasks and engage the service providers. Everybody can be a buyer. It takes half a minute to post a task on the task board. Ordering a service is also very simple. It's FREE to register as a buyer and post a task. Read the Apexlistings buyer guide.
Deposits: We have a deposit system that allows buyers to make deposits to their Apexlistings accounts through push transactions. The money then reflects on your account balance and can be used for any of the features we listed above.
Advertising: Apexlistings is an advertising platform for virtual services but we also partner with businesses that have products or services that our audience will love. We use banners and other types of ads to showcase your products and services on the website. Click here to promote your products.

Being a freelancer with over 13 years of experience, I have made things happen for clients all over the world. With Apexlistings, which I started developing back in 2018, I consolidated all my skills to offer solutions to Kenyans. The biggest challenge I faced was to build trust online. Traditionally, when a person wants to hire for a short task, they would rely on their close circle. Apexlistings seeks to widen the circle such that when you are looking to hire someone to fill in a contact list, produce a price list, research a topic, write an article, transcribe a file, typeset a document, fill in an Excel file, design a logo or any other task, you can simply visit the website and find options. Apexlistings is about creating that extra income and at the same time consolidating skills and talents together for buyers to browse through and find help for admin tasks.
