All company and business registrations are done through the eCitizen portal. Some of the business services on the eCitizen include;
- Business name search.
It is the process of determining a unique suitable name for your business. Before doing a business registration, it is important to do a search on existing business names and preserve the perfect one for your business. On the eCitizen platform under the business services section, you can do a business name search. Just enter your proposed business name and hit search to determine whether that specific name is still available or not. Again you can have this done by our freelancers.

Marriage services
The Kenyan constitution acknowledges the family as the origin and the integral unit of the society. It is therefore honoured and protected by the state.
Marriage registration is important. Couples can navigate the legalities in the process and get to enjoy the favors it comes with. Marriage registration serves as proof of a legally recognized union, ensuring that the couple's rights and responsibilities are protected under the law.
With a registered marriage some other advantages include joint property ownership between the couple, inheritance rights, and tax advantages. Through the registrar of marriages, these services are available online on the eCitizen portal.
- Certificate of no impediment to marriage
In most cases when you are planning to get married overseas, you may require a certificate of no impediment to marriage.
